Chief Matthew Aderiye B.SC (US), CPA, FCA.

Chairman, NGK & Associates Limited

Aalso Chairman/Managing Director, Marelco Nigeria Ltd and Aderiye Group of Companies.

He recently retired as the Chairman/Managing Partner of Ernst & Young, West Africa (Chartered Accountants) after thirty one years of service. He holds a B.Sc. (Cum Launde) (1967) in Business Administration from Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio, U.S.A and an M.B.A. (1970) in Accounting from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A. His professional qualifications and memberships include: FCA, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; CPA, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; The Nigerian Economic Summit Group; and Nigerian Institute of Management.

 

Mrs. Nike Gbenga-Kehinde B.SC, FCA, ACIT

Chief Executive Officer, NGK & Associates Limited.

Mrs. Gbenga-Kehinde has a consuming passion for excellence and her major interest is using Information Technology to facilitate the institutionalization of companies in Nigeria. She has consummate experience in Accounting System and Internal Control.  She worked with the Lagos office of Ernst & Young International for (6) six years with consistent high ratings, before joining the restructuring management team of Linkserve Limited in 1997, where as Head of Finance and Admin, she was responsible for designing and implementing an efficient automated accounting, billing and Internal Control System for the company, which systems were rated highly by both an international accounting firm and a Venture capital company in 1999 after a detailed scrutiny. She holds a B.Sc. Hons Degree in Management and Accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She is a certified trained installer of Pastel Accounting Software and a faculty member in a number of training institutions such as Lagos Business School, IBFCAgusto, Vic Lawrence & Associates Ltd.

Mrs. Goodness Adebanjo HND

Projects Manager/Senior Consultant

Goodness has skilled experience in using several accounting packages in running SME companies as head of accounts. She worked with Topklass Cosmetics Ltd and VIP Industries before joining NGK & Associates Ltd. In consulting, she combines her hands-on experience in accounting with her versatility in the use of automated accounting systems. She holds a HND (upper Credit) in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic. She is also a faculty member of NGK Academy.

 

Mrs. Grace Edeh B.SC, OCP

Business Development Manager (Training and IT)

She had worked with KarRox an IT training company as Client Relationship Personnel and Trainer. Training in schools and corporate outfits in Database Administration, programming languages and web designing courses while marketing the company’s training services. She also worked with Cards Technology Ltd as a Database and Technical Support staff where she demonstrated outstanding Skills and proficiency in handling issues on Card Management System for 8 banks. She is also a faculty member of NGK Academy.

 

Dupe Adeoye B.SC, ACA, ACCA

Business Development Manager (Consulting Services)

She is proficient with a number of accounting packages such as Sage Pastel, Quick-Books, Peachtree, PIMS in using them to develop Management Reports, Annual Reports and others. She started her over 12 years consummate working experience in the Mining, Oil and Gas Sector where she served as Head of Accounts for 10 years before joining Suntoun Consultancy, U.K (a Financial/Auditing/Tax Consultancy Firm in UK) as Auditing & Tax Trainee. From UK, she joined NGK management team. She is a faculty member of NGK Academy.

 

Mr. Olayiwola Dada HND, ACA

Chief Operating Officer.

He started his working career with First Bank Plc in 1997. He then joined SCOA Nigeria Plc as a treasurer in 1998 and rose through the ranks to Head the foreign exchange Unit of the Multinational Outfit. In 2002, he left SCOA to join Tehila Communications Ltd, Lagos as the Accounts Manager. Thereafter he joined Afimex Technology Distribution Ltd as Head of Finance and Accounts in 2004. In 2007 he joined Tantalizers Plc as Treasury Manager. He was part of the team that enlisted the company (Tantalizers) as a Plc. Between 2004 and now, he has consulted widely in areas of accounting, special audit and investigation, Tax Management for several companies which necessitated his transit to NGK. He is a Faculty member of NGK Academy.

 

Mr. Daniel O. Sodiya B.Sc, PGD, MSCE

Information Systems Manager/Senior Consultant

He has over fifteen years experience, as a Management Information Systems in both private and public organizations.  He has over eight (8) years management experience of network systems, system architecture and design, Software Development and Project Management. He coordinated the Secretariat of Information Technology departments of Banks during the Banks Merger and Acquisitions programme in 2005 on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Central Bank. In NGK, he is responsible for IT support and consultancy.
